Job Summary
Responsible for managing the SCM Change Management and Transformation project portfolio, both locally and regionally, to ensure timely achievement of strategic digital transformation objectives. The role requires leadership and support for Global Strategic initiatives rollout in-country under the Project Management Professional (PMP®) methodology, aligned with the SCI Group strategy.
General Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Supply Chain Digitalisation Transformation projects at both country and regional levels, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, mediate between business needs and technical outcomes, and ensure alignment with functional deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including tasks, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
- Lead regular project review meetings, highlighting key updates, and assessing and addressing risks with mitigation plans.
- Track change management progress and resource utilisation to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain ongoing engagement and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify and resolve issues through proactive risk management and provide well-structured solutions or alternatives.
- Collaborate across functional teams and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors/consultants.
- Participate in other cross-functional projects as assigned.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation projects and deliver through cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively influence warehouse managers and senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Change Management and Project Management, especially in supply chain and warehouse transformation.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and industry best practices.
- Experience managing 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers and 4PL business models, including corrective action planning.
- Familiarity with Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems (preferably SAP).
- Strong leadership and influencing skills within matrixed organisations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, MS Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management and Project Management Office (PMO), preferably with formal certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of experience managing large and complex transformation projects.
- Experience in Multinational Corporations with matrix structures.
- Experience in Consumer Goods, Healthcare, or 3PL supply chain environments is a plus.
Education
Bachelor Degree or above on Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent field.
