Title: Manager Regional Sales & Operations Planning
Kuala Lumpur, MY, MY
About the Role
As the Manager, Regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), you will serve as the dedicated operational anchor within DKSH's Business Unit Healthcare, owning end-to-end financial reconciliation and S&OP execution across a portfolio top tier regional clients across Asia Pacific (APAC). This is not a traditional supply chain role, it sits at the intersection of client management, commercial governance, and operational leadership, directly enabling the Regional Commercial Partnership team to focus on strategic growth, senior stakeholder engagement, and sustained business performance.
What You Will Deliver
- Ensure operational excellence, financial integrity, and seamless execution across the partnership lifecycle to support sustainable growth and long-term client success.
- Drive the governance and performance management of regional partnerships through proactive monitoring of commercial, financial, and operational metrics, identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes, mitigate risks, and strengthen client collaboration.
- Own accurate reconciliation of sales, rebates, margin, foreign exchange (FX), and financial claims for key regional clients, ensuring full alignment with contractual terms and DKSH financial governance standards.
- Engage and negotiate directly with clients on financial reconciliation matters, resolving commercial and financial disputes while balancing business objectives and maintaining strong, trusted, and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Coordinate closely with Regional Finance and partner finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and prompt resolution of disputes across all client accounts.
- Maintain audit readiness and uphold compliance standards across all financial reconciliation activities.
- Lead the end-to-end S&OP process for key regional clients by aligning internal supply, demand, finance, and commercial teams around accurate demand forecasts and optimized inventory plans.
- Facilitate regular S&OP review sessions with internal stakeholders and client partners to anticipate challenges, address supply and demand risks, and drive coordinated actions that improve forecast accuracy and operational performance.
- Strengthen forecast accuracy and reduce supply disruptions through data-driven insights and disciplined follow-through on agreed actions.
- Influence without authority and lead in a matrix environment, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and enable optimal decision-making.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, specifically in S&OP, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry; Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience is also considered valuable given the complexity of supply chain planning environments.
