Title: Manager Group Learning and Development

Job Summary
As Manager, Group Learning & Development, you will be part of the core team responsible for shaping how essential and behavioural capabilities are built and sustained across DKSH. You will own and continuously evolve the PeopleDNA (soft and essential skills) global learning portfolio, ensuring it remains relevant, scalable, and consistently delivered across markets. Working in close partnership with market L&D colleagues, HR Business Partners, and Group stakeholders, you will translate Group capability priorities into practical learning solutions that drive real adoption and measurable impact. For global frameworks and programs launched to markets, this role will also play a key role in shaping the desired outcomes, driving the development/refinement, deployment, and adoption of the programs, and reporting on Group-wide results.
General Responsibilities
- Co-own and evolve the PeopleDNA (soft and essential skills) Group learning catalogue with peers in the Group L&D team, including curriculum planning, continuous improvement, and alignment to key Group business priorities
- Partner with market HR and L&D colleagues to lead the annual learning needs analysis cycle, identifying Group‑wide priorities and shaping the global learning roadmap
- Translate Group learning priorities into a coherent Group‑level training calendar, ensuring effective coverage, balanced delivery workloads, and operational feasibility across regions
- Design and/or deliver Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) training as a primary mechanism to scale quality, consistency, and learner engagement across markets
- Own and continually enhance the Associate Trainers and Program Champions framework, including certification standards, process and governance and overall impact
- Provide structured coaching, observation, and feedback to internal trainers and facilitators to uphold delivery standards and learning impact
- Deliver PeopleDNA skills program directly to employees where required
- Be a thought partner to local L&D teams and HR Business Partners and support them in the smooth rollout and localized implementation of Group training programs
- Support the refinement of Group training programs based on facilitator feedback, learner insights, and post‑delivery evaluation
- Drive evidence and data-based improvements to content and delivery approaches based on stakeholder and facilitator input
- Exercise influence‑based leadership by setting clear delivery standards, best practices, and ways of working for Group learning initiatives
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Group L&D community and market‑based learning teams
- Role‑model a learner‑centric, growth‑oriented and resourceful mindset and actively contribute to a strong learning culture across DKSH
- Contribute actively to how learning data is captured, analyzed, and reported within the Learning Management System (LMS), working in partnership with L&D system owners
- Source and partner with external content providers or vendors where appropriate to strengthen the overall learning ecosystem
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum eight to ten years’ relevant experience within a complex, multi-market or matrixed environment
- MNC-level expertise in L&D:
o Learning needs diagnosis
o L&D roadmap development
o Instructional design
o Training/workshop content creation in different formats (classroom and digital learning)
o Delivery of in-person and virtual training content in a multi-national organization - Culturally aware and able to navigate and manage cultural sensitivities across regions and markets
- Digitally savvy – working knowledge of Office 365, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and common learning and virtual facilitation tools, e.g. Miro, Menti.com
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS is a plus
- Project management & training operationsData-fluency and analytical ability
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring and production tools (e.g. Elucidat, Articulate, Coloyssan)
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder partnering skills with a learner- and business-centric mindset
- Confident facilitator and presenter
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or recognized certificates in HR, L&D, Psychology, Education, Business or a related field
