Job Summary
Lead and manage IT programs/projects from preparation through execution and closure by adhering to DKSH Group IT Project Methodology. Track and control key project metrics including scope, timeline, cost, and quality to meet or exceed business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Prepare and plan projects across scope, timeline, cost, and quality dimensions, and obtain necessary approvals to commence project execution.
- Develop and complete mandatory project documentation, including:

- Business Case
- Project Charter
- Project Plan
- Test Plan
- Lessons Learned Documentation
- Other required project artifacts

- Lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners (where applicable) in project preparation, execution, and delivery activities.
- Manage end-to-end project execution to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify, manage, and resolve project conflicts, issues, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a timely manner.
- Monitor project schedule and budget against approved plans, taking corrective or preventive actions as required.
- Manage project change requests through established governance processes to protect agreed project scope.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular and timely project status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Plan and manage project handover to support teams to ensure smooth transition and timely project closure.
- Ensure compliance with DKSH Group IT Project Methodology and governance standards.
Functional Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge and extensive experience in IT project management within Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid environments.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills with experience managing large-scale, complex projects across functions and geographies.
- Demonstrated domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

- Business Intelligence
- Other relevant business domains

- Industry experience in healthcare, consumer goods, logistics, and distribution is an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Work Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
