Title:  Manager AI Adoption & Enablement Group Digital Transformation

Job Summary

The AI Adoption Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving AI adoption, enablement, and capability building across DKSH. The role focuses on AI training, change enablement, and the coordination of AI initiatives to ensure that AI solutions delivered by Group Digital Transformation translate into tangible user adoption, behavioral change, and measurable business value.

Acting as the bridge between AI technology teams and business users, this role designs and delivers AI training programs, supports markets during AI rollouts, coordinates AI-related initiatives, and monitors adoption and value realization. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, structured project execution, and a genuine passion for helping people embrace new ways of working with AI.

Essential Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver AI training and enablement programs for business users, managers, and leadership audiences.
• Develop practical, role-based AI learning materials, including playbooks, user guides, use-case examples, and best-practice resources.
• Support the rollout of AI solutions (e.g., copilots, AI tools, and AI-enabled processes) to ensure effective onboarding and sustained adoption.
• Act as a change agent by helping teams adopt new behaviors and ways of working through the effective use of AI.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across Group Digital Transformation, IT, and business units to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful execution.
• Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of AI adoption initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI initiatives, adoption plans, training schedules, and rollout status.
• Assist with the prioritization and sequencing of AI adoption activities across markets and functions.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI initiatives across Group Digital Transformation, IT, and business units to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful execution.
• Support planning, tracking, and reporting of AI adoption initiatives, milestones, and dependencies.
• Maintain clear documentation of AI programs, adoption roadmaps, training schedules, and rollout progress.
• Assist in prioritizing and sequencing AI adoption activities to maximize business impact and organizational readiness.
• Influence stakeholders and champion AI adoption through effective communication, collaboration, and change management practices.

Job Requirements

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Strong experience in AI adoption, digital enablement, change management, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement initiatives for diverse audiences.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Ability to communicate complex AI and digital concepts in a clear, practical, and business-friendly manner.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• High level of self-direction, structure, accountability, and follow-through.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI concepts, Generative AI, and AI-enabled solutions such as copilots, automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology deployments or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to agile, iterative, or product-centric delivery environments.
• Experience developing learning pathways, training content, enablement frameworks, or adoption playbooks.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Change Management, Learning & Development, Digital Transformation, Agile, or related disciplines are advantageous.

Work Experience

• Typically 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, transformation, enablement, project coordination, change management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide technology deployments, capability-building initiatives, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience working in a regional or global environment with multiple stakeholder groups is preferred.
