Title: Lead Specialist, Group Digital Workplace

Job Summary:
The Lead Specialist, Group Digital Workplace is a senior technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and operating digital workplace platforms that enable secure collaboration, communication, and productivity across DKSH at a global scale.
This role serves as a technical authority and solution lead, working closely with IT Security, Infrastructure, Regional IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a reliable, secure, and user-centric digital workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Operations
- Design, build, operate, and continuously improve Digital Workplace solutions at global scale.
- Act as subject matter expert for:
- Identity & Access Management (Active Directory, Entra ID)
- Identity Governance & Administration (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Windows 365)
- Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
- Unified Endpoint Management (Intune)
- Endpoint Detection & Response (Microsoft Defender)
- Administer and support Windows 10 & 11, including hardening and security patching.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, device, and user issues across the digital workplace stack.
Security & Compliance
- Review, assess, and enforce platform security and hardening standards.
- Collaborate with IT Security & Infrastructure teams on regular security reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 security escalation.
- Perform or coordinate security incident handling, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Lead technical delivery for digital workplace initiatives and enhancements.
- Support evaluations and technical designs for global rollouts.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and runbooks.
- Ensure services meet defined SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

- Build strong working relationships with Regional & Country IT teams.
- Communicate technical risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly.
- Provide technical mentoring and knowledge transfer to Digital Workplace team members.
- Represent Digital Workplace in cross-team technical discussions.
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality.
- Ability to work independently and across global teams.
- Fluent in English and local language (written and verbal).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Digital Workplace environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, and security platforms.
- Keeps abreast of emerging workplace technologies and industry best practices.
