About the Role
What You Will Deliver
- Assist in designing and developing modern .NET application solutions using React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET Core.
- Participate actively in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and post go-live support.
- Collaborate with the team lead and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Explore and learn how Agentic AI SDLC practices can improve development productivity, quality, and delivery effectiveness.
- Use GitHub Copilot responsibly as part of daily development activities, including code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation support.
- Support Harness engineering practices such as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline awareness, deployment automation, quality checks, and release readiness activities.
- Communicate user needs and priorities to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- Engage with Information Technology (IT) stakeholders to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions with internal stakeholders to ensure knowledge continuity.
- Provide post go-live support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required; relevant coursework or project experience in web application development, .NET, React, TypeScript, C#, .NET Core, GitHub Copilot, DevOps, or CI/CD is preferred.
- Passion for .NET application development, especially with React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET Core.
- Basic understanding of web application development, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Interest in learning Agentic AI SDLC practices using GitHub Copilot to support coding, testing, documentation, and engineering productivity.
- Exposure to React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, or Git is advantageous.
- Curiosity to learn modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, Harness pipelines, secure coding, and application quality improvement.
- Strong sense of work ownership and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken.
- Openness to learning and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and business processes.
- Commitment to ethical standards and professionalism.
