About the Role
What You Will Deliver
- Assist in preparing and publishing Salesforce-related announcements, updates, and release communications.
- Support awareness and adoption activities for new Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Assist in developing change management materials that improve stakeholder awareness and adoption.
- Gather and consolidate user feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and organize the Salesforce idea and enhancement repository.
- Track business improvement ideas, enhancement requests, and innovation initiatives.
- Support idea review sessions by preparing summaries, analysis, and meeting materials.
- Help monitor the progress of approved ideas through different stages of evaluation and implementation.
- Contribute suggestions on how processes and user experiences can be improved.
- Assist in maintaining Salesforce governance documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
- Support reviews and updates of process documentation to ensure information remains current.
- Help track governance actions, decisions, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and accessible knowledge base for the Salesforce Practice.
- Consolidate data from support tickets, change requests, enhancement requests, and operational activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Salesforce Practice.
- Assist in backlog analysis and trend identification.
- Support the preparation of dashboards and management presentations.
- Identify areas for operational improvement through data analysis and insights.
- Work closely with Salesforce team members and business stakeholders across various functions.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Present findings, recommendations, and improvement ideas when appropriate.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of six (6) months, with preference given to candidates available for nine (9) to twelve (12) months.
- Basic familiarity with one or more of the following is advantageous: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; data analysis and reporting; process documentation; business analysis techniques; project coordination; and Jira or similar work management tools.
- No prior Salesforce experience is required; a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.
- Curious and eager to learn, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with data and reports, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Open to new ideas and continuous improvement, and confident working with both technical and business teams.
- Motivated to make a meaningful contribution during the internship.
- Nice to have: participation in university projects, hackathons, or student leadership activities; experience organizing events, projects, or community initiatives; interest in digital transformation and enterprise technology; exposure to Canva, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Excel analytics, or similar tools; and familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead.
