General Responsibilities

• Deliver payment processing services within agreed quality, service levels and KPI targets as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Ensure processing are compliance with SOP and Internal Control

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate good research and analytical skills
• Good proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Education

• Currently pursuing Diploma, Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline.
• On a 3 to 6 months internship assignment.
