Title: Group Communications Manager (Content Marketing)

As Manager, Group Marketing (Content Marketing), you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the content marketing strategy across all corporate social media channels and blog. This position requires a mix of creative storytelling, digital fluency, and strategic thinking. You will lead content development that supports brand, business, and thought leadership goals while driving engagement and reach. The ideal candidate is also analytical, SEO-savvy, and confident in supporting crisis communication responses when needed.
Job Description
• Lead the development and implementation of the Group’s global content marketing strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website blog)
• Coordinate social media content strategy and execution
• Align content with corporate priorities, campaigns, and initiatives to increase leads, brand awareness, and engagement
• Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality, on-brand content including social media posts, graphics, videos, and multimedia
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source and amplify relevant content globally
• Plan, write, and edit content such as blog articles optimized for SEO
• Ensure content consistency in tone, message, and style across owned channels
• Manage monthly content performance dashboards together with Digital Marketing team
• Analyze channel and content performance to derive actionable insights on audience behavior and platform trends
• Act as the coordinator for social incidents and deputy for group incidents
• Support in drafting statements and coordinating stakeholder communications for incidents as needed
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ corporate/marketing communications experience in a B2B environment within multinational organizations or in an agency environment
• Excellent command of English
• Strong experience with content marketing strategy
• Demonstrated experience in writing SEO-driven content and optimizing digital presence
• Experience with analytics tools a plus
• Experience supporting or leading digital communication efforts during issues or crises is a plus
• Creativity combined with attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Organized personality, delivering against deadlines
