Title: Director Group Digital Product

General responsibilities
- Lead and own the B2B global product and platform development and be accountable for the deliverables and roll-out.
- Solving complex business problems into simplified workable solutions.
- Develop detailed specifications to be clearly understood by all stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Digital Operation Manager in all countries to ensure continual smooth integration for new stores online and daily operation activities.
- Continuously identify ways to digitalize operational process and approach problem solving as a way of delivering product value.
- Continue to develop the B2C e-commerce platform for specific Business Unit to elevate user’s platform experience and offer optimal user interface and design.
- Support Business with digitally enabled platforms that is dynamic in nature and that can be scaled for long term usability and sustainability.
- Problem solve and drive product development though data and analysed insights. Knowledge in Design Thinking process is key for this role.
- Has sound technical understanding and business knowledge is able to drive scalable product development and ability to challenge the limitation and scope of work with the development team.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and excellent in time and resource management to deliver quality and measurable product value.
Leadership responsibilities
- Drive and support the learning and development of team members in Group Digital Product and DKSH core behaviors to achieve team and function goals.
- Promote continuous self-learning and improvement in Group Digital Product to foster innovation and personal growth.
- Effectively interface and coordinate between country colleagues from different functions and external stakeholders (eg vendors, clients and end users).
Job requirements
- Strong understanding of e-commerce site development landscape and operations across Asia
- Strong product and project management skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP (nice-to-have)
- Fluency in English and local Asian language
- Excellent communication skill
- High customer service mindset and orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable managing a lot of data and multiple stakeholders to drive results
- Vendor management

Education and Work experience
- A bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of strong working experience in digital products/platform domain and in e-commerce space within an Asian context. The candidate should have also experience in successfully rolling out at least one digital product or platform.
