Summary
DKSH is looking for an Assistant Manager, Digital Content Excellence will be responsible for driving high quality, accurate, complete and engaging content across DKSH Technology’s key digital platforms, including dksh.com, LabShop (more than 300K products) and microsites.
This role will own and improve content standards, workflows and governance to ensure that product, website, product catalogue and microsite content are consistent, customer focused, scalable and aligned with DKSH’s brand and business objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, eCommerce, business development, product managers, suppliers, IT and local market teams to improve content quality, strengthen the digital customer experience and support lead generation and digital sales growth.
The role will also support the adoption of AI enabled tools and workflows to improve content creation, enhancement, translation, optimization and quality review at scale, while ensuring proper human review, accuracy and brand alignment.
General Responsibilities
- Drive content excellence across dksh.com, LabShop, microsites and related product information platforms.
- Support the management and continuous improvement of content for more than 300,000 products on the eCommerce platform, including product descriptions, specifications, images, videos, accessories, application information and supporting documents.
- Improve product discoverability, content completeness, content consistency and customer engagement across digital channels.
- Support selected digital marketing operations, such as lead flow management, campaign page updates, basic reporting and coordination with local markets, where relevant to content and digital customer journey improvement.
- Explore and adopt AI tools to improve content creation, translation, optimization, enrichment and quality review across large volumes of product and website content.
Job requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital content management, eCommerce content, website content management, product content, digital marketing or a related field.
- Hands on experience managing or updating content in CMS, PIM, eCommerce platforms, product databases or similar digital platforms.
- Good understanding of digital content best practices, including SEO, user experience, product content structure and customer focused writing.
- Experience managing product content, technical content or B2B eCommerce content is an advantage.
- Experience working in a regional or matrix organization is preferred.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to understand how content quality impacts customer experience, product discoverability, lead generation and online sales conversion.
- Open minded and proactive in exploring AI tools and automation to improve content quality and efficiency at scale.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of content accurately.
- Good project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines and priorities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, eCommerce or a related discipline.
Work experience
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce content management
