Job summary:
As a Supervisor, Security and Loss Prevention, you are responsible to assist Security Department Manager and take charge on Security daily operations, efficiency, and effectiveness of all security personnel as well ensuring current implementation of theft prevention initiatives in DKSH Consumer goods (CG) site are followed and enforced accordingly. Safeguard and secure our company business, properties, employees, and stakeholders by enforcing site security concept and procedures, assist as well as loss prevention initiatives. Partially responsible for assisting Security Manager on SIDs’ escalation and assisting investigation. Additional task to do PO creation, handling new joiner briefing, conduct monthly assessment, spot-checks, and reporting. Ensuring Security Systems functionality, assist safety enforcement, Security Manager or Country Security Manager when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting Security Manager, to plan and deploy effectively outsource security to meet company’s security and loss prevention objectives.
- To enforce and maintain Site Security Concept and procedures to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with company policies, rules, and regulations.
- To ensure full functionality of Security Systems such as CCTV, VMS, Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Emergency Door Alarm, Key Management, Boom Gates, and Badging System. Report any issues for immediate attention/rectification.
- To ensure security operation runs smooth without any obstruction or disturbance and making sure all inspection done by security are according to SOP/Process.
- To inspect, assess, and audit on facility, security system, and manpower according to TAPA FSR requirements on weekly/monthly basis.
- To attend rollcall, provide monthly Security training and close follow up on security guards’ performance, discipline, development, and welfare.
- To be available, reachable, and alert on Security or Operation whenever needed and responsible to attend on day-to-day (including weekend if needed) on operational issues and any emergency situation as part of ERT member.
- Able to cope, comply, deliver any ad-hoc arrangement/tasks/assignments, and complete it within timeline given by DKSH Security Management.
- To take over and deliver all required tasks, assignments, and duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years in security operations or loss prevention with supervisory experience
- Minimum SPM Certificate or Diploma holder.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of conducting audits, enforcing procedures, and managing teams effectively.
- Willing to be on-call, including weekends, and respond to emergencies as part of the ERT team; physically fit for inspections and operational tasks.
- Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office) for reporting/documentation.
