Title:  Supervisor Distribution Center Operations

Job summary:
To support the daily operations in all functional areas to enable the daily completion of all orders

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Picking Dept HOD to run daily operations on order completion
• Monitor DO – Invoice completion by respective shift
• Act on inventory issues reported by clerk by conducting physical count versus system, check documentation, liaison with inventory department on system transaction checking.
• Check MHE Status and raise job sheet for any MHE down
• Ensure In-house Safety and security rules are adhered to by all staff
• Plan for manpower allocation based on daily order status and monitor RF picking method
• Report on any disciplinary issues to head of department
• Monthly (Closing Orders), Darlie (H&H) & Mars (Petfood) sales closing orders to be invoiced within a provided timeline by customer
• Follow-up on SID closure raised by security department

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity
• Diploma in Logistics or its equivalent
• Demonstrate working understanding of distribution centre, distribution and transportation.
• Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, pick and pack functions.
• Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sg Jati, Klang.
