Title:  Intern

Position Summary:

The Continuous Improvement Intern will support the Continuous Improvement (CI) team in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies while contributing to real business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in mapping current-state processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Support 5S, Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects
• Collect, analyze, and present operational data (cycle time, defects, waste, productivity, etc.)
• Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements
• Participate in root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
• Support implementation and tracking of improvement action plans
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for CI initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
• Assist with change management and communication efforts related to improvement projects

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Industrial Engineering
• Business Administration
• Operations Management
• Supply Chain
• Quality Management
• Or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
