Job Summary
Responsible for managing document control processes while overseeing the pest control program to ensure compliance with operational standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The role requires coordination with internal teams, vendors, and auditors to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
Document Control Management:
• Maintain and manage quality and pest control documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely submission, tracking, and archiving of monthly and quarterly pest control reports.
• Compile audit and pest control record/reports.
• Review and analyze patrolling reports and trends, sharing insights with operations on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with management to maintain an updated “before and after” record for corrective actions.
Pest Control Management:
• Ensure pest control services are carried out by vendors according to agreed schedules and standards.
• Monitor and maintain pest control stations in optimal condition.
• Report pest issues immediately to ensure timely action is taken.
• Investigate warehouse infestations promptly and mitigate risks.
• Conduct daily patrolling inspections of warehouse, toilets, and canteen areas.
• Collaborate with vendors and field biologists (Rentokil) during inspections and meetings.
• Obtain quotations for ad-hoc pest control jobs and coordinate vendor actions.
• Participate actively in audits, inspections, and client visits to demonstrate accountability.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in food quality, engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in document control, pest management or quality operations.
• Good organizational, reporting and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow processes and SOPs.
