Title:  Specialist Consignment Billing

As a Consignment Billing Specialist in the Healthcare Sector, you will be responsible for managing and processing billing for consigned goods.

Job Description:

• Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day task
• Receive and process consignment inventory orders from healthcare facilities.
• Address and resolve billing questions and discrepancies.
• Work closely with medical sales and operations management teams to manage consignment transactions.
• Liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions
• Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on sales representatives, customer and operational issues
• Assist the functional head with administrative tasks related to consignment. 

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proven experience in billing or accounting roles.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Words & Power Point.

Education:

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree in business management or degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often preferred.

Work Experience:

• Requires at least 2 to 3 years’ experience proven experience in billing or accounting roles.
