Title: Senior Manager CIM & Customer Development

About the role:
At DKSH Healthcare, we bridge the gap between world-class medical manufacturers and the frontline healthcare facilities that rely on them. As our Senior Manager, you will lead the strategic operational engine that drives this value chain.
Sitting at the intersection of supply chain excellence and commercial growth, you will lead a team of 14 to seamlessly manage Consignment Inventory Management (CIM) at hospital and clinic sites (our Customers). By driving operational efficiency at these medical facilities, you will deliver exceptional value-added services (VAS), accelerate sales penetration, and directly increase revenue and margins for our strategic pharma and medical device principals (our Clients).
What you will deliver:
Client Portfolio & Commercial Growth (Principals / Manufacturers)
- Value-Added Upselling: Drive incremental revenue, gross margins, and EBIT by developing and upselling tailored value-added consignment services to existing/ new healthcare Clients.
- Investment & Activity Tracking: Track all investment spending and on-site consignment activities to ensure full alignment with the commercial agreements made with our clients.
On-Site Customer Development (Hospitals & Clinics)
- Consignment Optimization: Monitor and analyze key hospital/clinic inventory sites to track sales volumes and SKU-level profitability.
- Inventory Control & Reconciliations: Design and execute effective top-up plans across medical facilities to prevent overstocking or stockouts, reduce order lead times, and streamline return collections.
- Dispute Resolution: Collaborate closely with hospitals, internal logistics, and Clients to proactively resolve trade term discrepancies, vendor code issues, and accounts receivable disputes.
- Retail/Shelf Innovations: Recommend and implement advanced operational improvements at hospital sites, utilizing category and shelf-management techniques to optimize stock visibility.
Budgeting & Team Leadership
- Operational Excellence: Oversee departmental budgets and allocate annual costs efficiently to ensure maximum resource utility across all consignment sites.
- Team Empowerment: Review and continuously optimize the performance of your 14-person Consignment Inventory and Top-Up team to ensure ideal resource deployment across Singapore.
What you bring:
Experience & Education
- The Track Record: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in 3PL/4PL distribution commercial operations, healthcare project management, or healthcare supply chain/procurement. Direct experience working with healthcare Clients (principals) or Customers (hospitals/clinics) is highly preferred.
- The Foundation: A University Degree in Supply Chain, Business Studies, Marketing, or a related technical healthcare domain (e.g., Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices).

- Project Delivery: Proven operational expertise in applying project management principles to medium- to large-sized healthcare distribution models.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial and analytical skills, with a proven ability to evaluate brand/SKU performance and profitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills in English to balance the commercial needs of global Clients alongside the operational demands of local hospital Customers.
