Central Services

We provide support for our businesses. Encompassing the range of administrative, advisory, coaching, business analytics, regulatory to technical needs of the companies, we take pride in ensuring that the employees receive the support to deliver on our business metrics.

 

Customer Service

From Client Management to Customer Care, we connect between the brands, end customers to our sales and distribution centers. Our teams sit in the various business of Consumer Goods (CG), Healthcare (CG) and Technology (TEC) each with our own unique specialized knowledge to deliver clear communications.

 

Field Services

We ensure that the shelves are stocked, creating a good shopping experience for consumers at the supermarkets, convenience stores, petrol stations, etc.

 

Marketing

We are specialized in our various businesses that we belong to. CG Marketing are largely trademarketing (Client Management) specialists in our goods categories. We know when and how to place products for better “buy” actions. HEC Marketing include Medical Doctors and Pharmacists in our Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to marketeers in Product Management. We provide specialized medical product knowledge for correct use of the products. TEC Marketing are analytics professionals who also design and perform roadshows to deliver leads to Sales.

 

Sales

We are the revenue generators for the company. CG sales manage channels such as supermarkets (DFI, Fairprice, Shengsiong etc), convenience, ecommerce, etc. Healthcare professors visit hospitals, medical specialists, western pharmacists to being inside operating theatres (OT) providing product advisory to surgeons. TEC sales are engineering specialists who provide solutions to manufacturing, diagnostics, research with our range of scientific and industrial products.

 

Supply Chain

We are the demand, supply planners, the operators, transportation and enablers in distribution centers enabling stocking up and deliveries of the goods to customers. We provide advisory on available capacity as well as shipping controls for the businesses.
