Job Summary
Manage the implementation of marketing plans, develop annual budgets, evaluate market trends, manage product communication/promotion activation and reporting to achieve business objectives
General Responsibilities
- Manage and support Brand equity top of the mind awareness through regional/global symposium.
- Ensuring that the team’s activities build healthcare professionals’ top of the mind awareness for the product range through engagements in the clinics.
- Maintain or improve the Product Brand’s market share position.
- Ensure the field team’s monthly Salesforce Effectiveness through coaching and planning.
- Guide and assist Approved Emails content creation with designated team lead for monthly usage.
- Ensure A&P forecast accuracy of spend vs budget.
- Manage RTF stock shelf life accuracy and disposable teats to minimize overall stock write-off
- Drive Point of market entry (POME) initiatives to maintain/improve brand awareness and new user acquisition.
- Lead and manage Brand presence in all medical conferences.
- Ensure that the team hits the intended target of unique and complete leads from non-covered products for CRM.
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
- Manage promotion activation and allocate resources to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activities
- Manage product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products/services
- Prepare marketing reports/updates/analysis for management presentation and decision-making
- Lead and plan the Return to forecast (RTF) inventory.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
- Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Marketing and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in the company's products/services and application of marketing principles/practices
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
