Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across our local operations. With a strong background in FMCG, retail, or healthcare industries, the successful candidate will design and deliver talent strategies that ensure we attract, assess, and secure top talent in a highly competitive market. This role requires balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic employer branding programs, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical and senior roles, ensuring efficiency and high-quality candidate experience.
- Implement structured assessment tools and competency-based interviews to ensure fairness and objectivity.
- Manage recruitment campaigns across multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools, campus hiring, referral programs)
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them on best practices, labor market dynamics, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Coach and enable hiring managers to make effective selection decisions.
- Regularly review and challenge hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and budgets.
- Partner with HR and Communications to strengthen the employer brand locally.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate journey from application through onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Use insights to optimize processes, enhance recruiter productivity, and improve business outcomes.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally within FMCG, retail, or healthcare industries.
- Proven success in both volume hiring (frontline/operational roles) and niche/specialist hiring (technical, commercial, or leadership roles).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Demonstrated use of data and technology (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools) to drive recruitment efficiency.
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and diversity hiring strategies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
