Title:  Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator (NUHS) plays a critical role in ensuring the uninterrupted availability of medical consumables across key healthcare institutions in Singapore. This is a one-year contract position operating Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with postings across National University Hospital (NUH), Woodlands Health (WH), Changi General Hospital (CGH), Alexandra Hospital (AH), and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). This is a 1-year contract term role, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. 

What You Will Deliver

• Ensure timely replenishment of medical consumables at assigned hospital wards across multiple healthcare institutions
• Physically transport medical consumables weighing approximately 17 to 20 kilograms onto trolleys and deliver them efficiently to designated wards
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• No formal qualifications required
• Ability to lift and transport loads of approximately 17 to 20 kilograms as part of daily responsibilities
