Materials Management Executive – Healthcare Division

General responsibilities

• Manage supply planning for clients
• Consolidate sales forecast and inventory requirements with Sales and Operations teams
• Analyze inventory turnover and focus on minimizing both shortages and inventory levels
• Prepare and consolidate inventory reports and KPIs to measure the service level and progress against inventory KPIs
• Issue purchase orders
• Maintain master data in the system
• Review efficiency of current processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on day-to-day matters

Requirements

• Strong numerical sense
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Working knowledge of SAP – Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) system will be advantageous
• Fresh graduates with an interest in supply planning are welcomed
