Title: Executive Inventory Management

About the Role
The Inventory Executive leads a team of five to manage, track, and control inventory levels across DKSH's operations, ensuring accuracy, availability, and cost efficiency at scale. Based at Jalan Buroh with company transport provided from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, and Bishan MRT stations, this role is pivotal in driving inventory integrity and supporting seamless coordination across procurement, warehouse, and logistics functions.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead and develop a team of five comprising one supervisor and four staff members to deliver high-performance inventory operations
- Oversee inventory management across a volume of 7,000 to 8,000 pallets, ensuring efficient utilization of storage capacity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across systems and physical stock to ensure data integrity
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all inventory movements including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments
- Drive inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and participation in physical inventory auditsIdentify, investigate, and report inventory variances, shortages, and excess stock to support timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to uphold proper storage, handling, and movement of materials
- Provide timely inventory status updates to procurement and planning teams to enable effective supply chain decision-making
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Prepare accurate inventory reports and dashboards to support management visibility and informed decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement of inventory processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and stock management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning and Extended Warehouse Management (ERP and EWM) systems, particularly SAP
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehouse, and logistics
- Experience in cycle counting and inventory audits is an advantage
- Knowledge of First In First Out (FIFO), First Expired First Out (FEFO), and inventory valuation methods is an advantage
