The Mission (Your Key Focus):

1. Digital Project Coordination

  • The Launchpad: Help execute digital projects like new retail portals and "digital shelves." You’ll ensure everything stays on track and hits the go-live date.
  • Test & Learn: Work on pilot initiatives to see what new digital features our customers love, then help scale them up across the business.
  • Roadblock Buster: Identify potential tech or process "glitches" before they become problems and work with the team to solve them.

2. Analytics & Market Insights

  • The Data Story: Track KPIs and digital analytics. You’ll help the Manager understand how our platforms are performing and where we can win.
  • Competitor Radar: Conduct digital "surveys and audits" to see what’s happening in the market. What are the cool new features our competitors have? How can we do it better?
  • Sales Enablement: Help create digital "toolkits" and presentations that our Business Development teams can use to show off our platforms to big clients.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • The Digital Native: You understand how apps, websites, and digital platforms work. You might not be a coder, but you "speak the language" of tech.
  • The Project Manager: You’re organized, you love a good "To-Do" list, and you can manage multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • The Creative Thinker: You can take feedback from a survey and think, "Hey, we should add a 'One-Click' reorder button for that!"
  • Educational Background: A Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Skills You'll Build:

  • Mastery of OMNI-channel digital strategies.
  • Project Management (Agile/Scrum basics).
  • Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
