The Mission (Your Key Focus):

1. Strategic Client Partnership

·       Be the Consultant: Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring our operations align with their goals.

·       Performance Storytelling: Consolidate KPI metrics (CCC, DC, SCM, Finance) into professional reports. You don't just report numbers; you explain the "Why" and the "How to improve."

·       Relationship Building: Maintain a high "touch-point" frequency with clients to build trust and long-term partnership.

2. Inventory & Operations Command

·       Inventory Intelligence: Monitor stock levels against contractual targets. You’ll be the "guardian" of inventory, minimizing obsolescence and managing non-working stock.

·       Cross-Functional Orchestration: Work hand-in-hand with our Distribution Centre (DC) and Material Management teams to ensure shipments are tracked and storage is optimized.

·       Instructional Lead: Provide clear, data-backed instructions for inventory transfers, write-offs, and block actions.

Who We’re Looking For:

·       Education: A fresh Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·       The Analytical Mind: You love Excel and can spot a trend in a sea of numbers. You are comfortable with quantitative analysis.

·       The Communicator: You can present to a room with confidence and handle client queries with professional poise.

·       The Proactive Learner: You don’t wait for instructions; you see a gap and offer a solution.

Functional Skills You’ll Master:

·       Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Excel & PowerPoint are your best friends).

·       Deep understanding of Healthcare industry dynamics.

·       End-to-end Supply Chain KPIs and contractual management.
