About the Role

The Executive, Ecommerce Distribution is a key driver of end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment excellence within DKSH's Supply Chain Management function. This role ensures that warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities are executed with precision and efficiency, directly supporting DKSH's commitment to outstanding customer service and e-commerce growth.

What You Will Deliver

• Deliver accurate and timely e-commerce order fulfillment by overseeing picking, packing, and staging activities in alignment with customer service levels and delivery cut-off times.
• Optimize workforce allocation across fulfillment functions to sustain productivity, quality targets, and adequate coverage during peak periods and promotional campaigns.
• Safeguard inventory accuracy throughout the fulfillment process by resolving stock discrepancies, addressing damaged goods, and escalating shortages before they impact order delivery.
• Monitor key operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including order fulfillment accuracy, picking and packing productivity, on-time order readiness, and delivery Service Level Agreement (SLA) achievement to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all completed orders are accurately packed, labeled, and ready for timely collection by courier and logistics partners, supported by complete and accurate shipping documentation.
• Foster a high-performing team culture through daily operational briefings, clear communication of priorities, and consistent supervision of warehouse associates and temporary staff.
• Uphold warehouse safety standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and housekeeping practices while actively contributing to operational excellence initiatives.

What You Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations, with demonstrated exposure to picking, packing, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning and resource allocation capabilities to manage operational workloads effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict operational deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges proactively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse operational reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service excellence.
