Title:  Supervisor Application Engineering

Job Summary

Supervise the applications engineering team to provide pre- and post-sales support to customers and prospects, including applications, demonstrations and sales visits related to technology/specialty industry equipment

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall technical support and product development of Cooling products and Datacenter solutions under coordination with Technical Support Manager.  
• Help Technical Support Manager in making Plans & organize activities that are related to product issues and provide technical support and transfer of knowledge.  
• Liaise with Sales team to verify project leads, identify risks & opportunities and build up winning strategy.  
• Liaise with Procurement team to establish easy & competitive price reference of local items, assess & build competency of local partners/service providers.  
• Conduct pre-sales site visit, design, and drawing preparation, tender and proposal submission. Drawing submission and approval, E&M installation, project schedule, site meeting attendance, T&C assistance and project handover to customer's satisfaction Support sales offices, customers, suppliers and business partners in technical issues and questions.  
• Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and building management to complete the project within tight time schedule.  

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Preferable have Datacenter Solution experience  
• Good communication skill  
• Fast learner  
• Able to work under pressure  
• Effective communication and interpersonal ski

Education

Degree in Engineering or Applied Science
