About The Role

Develop and execute scientific communication plans to support product strategy by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to build strong scientific relationships.

What You Will Deliver

  • Gathering and exchanging of local medical situational analysis and scientific insights (including stakeholder mapping) to guide brand positioning and market development.
  • Developing and executing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) engagement plan
  • Executing medical strategies and tactics aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Deliver training and workshops for internal teams on therapeutic areas and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs in all scientific activities.
  • Ensure medical accuracy and compliance in promotional and educational materials.
  • Enabling scientific research and projects to support local unmet need

 

What You Bring

  • Advanced degree in Medicine (MD), or Pharmacy (PharmD) Additional certifications in clinical research, medical affairs, or pharmacovigilance are a plus
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar or related role with deep understanding of clinical research, pharmacology, and therapeutic landscapes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
  • Well knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data to diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in medical writing, literature review, and evidence synthesis.
  • Familiarity with health economics, real-world evidence, and patient-centric outcomes
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and scientific communication. 
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
