Job Summary

Building and managing a high-performing sales team, strategizing sales plans, and ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

General Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to company goals.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to understand market trends.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Manager or similar role in sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

  • BSc degree in Pharmacy or Science and relevant field.
