Title:  Executive Technical Sales (Polymer)

Job Summary

Promote and sales consumables business products to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives

General Responsibilities

• Promote and doing sales activities for consumables business in respective segment/area.
• To achieve annual sales targets for the territory
• To accurately and consistently maintain records (in a timely fashion) for assigned opportunities, including forecast information.
• To develop and maintain a good level of product knowledge for the consumable’s products.
• To organize marketing activities for the customers in collaboration with internal and external parties

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
• A working knowledge of chemicals would be an advantage

Education

Minimum education in degree level in the field of science (physics, chemistry, pharmacy, microbiology, biotechnology)
