Job Summary
Act as company’s ambassador on customer side to provide all services and as key person for problem solving regarding to the equipment that salesman sold.
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance, Troubleshooting/Repair activities
- Ensure the Customer Engineer competency needs and tools to fulfill the business’ requirements.
- Ensure to fulfill customer’s requirements, project request, and site activities based on customer regulation.
- Ensure all the required documents (forms, time sheet) are properly filled in and signed by customer.
- Ensure LoA and DoA within Service Department related to CE activities are in place.
- Ensure the EHS KPIs are respected and implemented duirng site activities.
- Preparing report: Site Report, Time Sheet.
- Handle complaints and request from customer 24 hours on Call anytime regarding to the equipment problem.
- Build customer loyalty and rapport.
- Provide Technical Training Service on Class/On the Job Site every time Customer buy the new product.
- Ensure to fulfill the SMT (service management tools) application regarding Engineer’s activities.
- Build good relationship (teamwork) with engineers from Vertiv Regional in problem solutions.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- 90% Site Activities and 10% Office Activities
- Minimum 2 years in similar business with site/project exposure in Data Center project
- Product/solution knowledge
- Electrical basic knowledge
- UPS/ AC Precision (HVAC) Knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Communication and negotiation skill
Education
- Minimum D3 on Electrical/Electro/Industrial Engineering Field
