Job Summary

Responsible for managing subdealer channels, coordinating marketing activities, supervising service operations, overseeing LabShop activities, and supporting the development and growth of the business in alignment with company objectives. Across BU TEC

General Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with subdealers, ensuring proper coordination, communication, and alignment with the company’s commercial strategy.
  • Support the expansion and performance of the channel network by identifying opportunities, monitoring sales activities, and assisting subdealers in developing their business.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing activities including campaigns, promotional materials, events, and digital initiatives to support business growth and brand visibility.
  • Supervise service operations, ensuring service activities are properly scheduled, recorded, and executed in line with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Oversee LabShop operations including product availability, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring it supports commercial and demonstration activities.
  • Support and contribute to the achievement of sales targets through channel development, marketing initiatives, and coordination with the commercial team.
  • Act as a coordination point between sales, service, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth internal collaboration and efficient execution of business activities.
  • Monitor operational performance and support initiatives that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
  • Assist management in developing strategies and initiatives to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives 

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of marketing activities, campaign execution, and lead generation
  • Understanding of service operations and customer support processes
  • Strong understanding of channel management and subdealer coordination
  • Ability to monitor sales performance and support revenue growth initiatives
  • Good coordination and operational management skills across multiple functions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceMax, Microsoft Office

Education

Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
