Title:  *Team Leader Accountant Receivable

About The Role

Team Leader Credit Control is a key contributor to DKSH's financial resilience, ensuring disciplined management of accounts receivable and strict adherence to credit policies across assigned customer portfolios. This role plays a direct part in protecting cash flow and sustaining the financial performance that enables DKSH to deliver long-term value to clients and business partners across Asia.

What You Will Deliver

• Control outstanding credit daily to enable compliant and timely order release in accordance with credit policies, reducing financial risk and protecting revenue flow.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) for assigned customers, driving timely collection and accurate reconciliation.
• Engage customers proactively on AR balances and collection plans, maintaining clear payment accountability.
• Coordinate with collection teams on daily and monthly action plans to meet AR targets.
• Collaborate with Clients, Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), and Category Management (CM) teams to resolve AR issues and provide timely documentation.
• Support the Credit Control Manager in team development, performance monitoring, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement.
• Lead bad debt management and execute recovery strategies to minimize financial exposure.
• Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for AR management to ensure process integrity.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Credit Control or equivalent role
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry environment
• Strong grasp of local and international accounting standards, principles, and practices, with credit control experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with SAP accounting applications is an advantage
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
