Title:  Specialist Tax

About The Role

The Tax Specialist supports DKSH's Finance function by ensuring tax compliance across DKSH entities in Vietnam, safeguarding the organization against financial and regulatory risks. This role is integral to maintaining robust tax governance, providing timely insights on regulatory changes, and contributing to sound financial decision-making across the business.

What You Will Deliver

• Monitor and support tax compliance across DKSH entities in Vietnam, ensuring adherence to local tax regulations and group standards.
• Assist in tax health-checks and tax audits, including gathering financial information and coordinating with auditors as required.
• Liaise with tax authorities on their requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses that protect the organization's compliance standing.
• Prepare and manage tax reporting in accordance with local tax regulations and tax authority requirements.
• Proactively advise internal stakeholders on relevant tax matters, embedding tax awareness into business decision-making and minimizing financial risk exposure.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate changes in tax regulations affecting the business, providing timely direction to ensure ongoing compliance and protect company interests.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Audit, or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in tax; experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred
• Good knowledge of Vietnam tax regulations and accounting standards
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
