Title:  Specialist Procurement Management

About The Role

The Specialist, Procurement Management is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services for DKSH's distribution operations. This role plays a key part in strengthening vendor partnerships, driving compliance, and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

What You Will Deliver

• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to Purchase Order (PO) issuance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services that support business operations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant procurement transaction records in line with company policies and internal control standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, building strong and reliable supplier relationships that meet business quality and service requirements.
• Lead pricing negotiations and commercial discussions with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable contractual agreements.
• Conduct regular audits of procurement activities to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions where discrepancies arise.
• Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) and cross-functional teams to enhance procurement systems, workflows, and automation opportunities that drive efficiency.
• Prepare procurement reports and deliver actionable insights on cost optimization, vendor performance, and supply chain effectiveness to support business decision-making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement functions.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, a technical field, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in a distribution or technical environment
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a sound knowledge of procurement systems
• Technical background in procurement processes and tools
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong integrity, compliance orientation, and structured problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset
