Title:  *Specialist Marketing & Communications

General Responsibilities

• Branding & Marketing responsibilities:
  • Ensure all branding and marketing collaterals used in the market follow brand guideline.
  • Support DKSH Business Units and Joint Ventures on their marketing projects.
  • Content creation for DKSH Vietnam on social media platforms includes Facebook, Linkedin and Tiktok.
  • Monitor and timely response to enquiries via social media and website.
• Communications responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR to execute internal communications activities to strengthen employee engagements.
  • Draft speech outlines for CMTs at key events such as clients/partners meetings, and internal meeting when required.
  • Execute PR activities includes media events, press release production and distributions when required.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in similar position
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premier/ Video editor is a plus
• Motivated and responsible with good team spirit
• Able to work independently on complex marketing tasks
