Job Summary
- Assure consistent demand growth and achievement of business goals & targets in assigned territories by identifying opportunities and gaining new business, while maintaining and growing existing business
General Responsibilities
- Manage and expand customers, provide product information to customers
- Carrying out business plan according to policies and to complete assigned sales targets.
- Capture and implement the programs of the Sales Department, Marketing programs, Medical... in assigned areas.
- Identify short-term and long-term business needs and goals of customers and propose effective business solutions.
- Manage sales reports and forecast sales/profits. Evaluate trends from the market to contribute to team strategy.
- Develop proposals to improve business processes, customer service and new technologies.
- Understand the tender bidding processes, be responsible for the list of agents, sales and after-sales services in assigned areas. Update and understand about new circulars and decrees on drug procurement law of MOH.
- Work closely with related departments (ex: Trade Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain Management,...) to ensure efficient and fast working
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum one experience in a similar role
- Having good sales skills and experience in customer management, experience in Bidding.
- Have a general understanding of all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including sub-distributing, marketing and branding.
- Good at negotiation and communication.
- Proficient in using office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Ability to use English (spoken, written) is an advantage
Education
- Degree or professional qualification in Pharmacy or Medical-related discipline
