Job Summary

• Support staffing needs with a focus on aligning recruitment efforts to long-term team and business goals

General Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs through organizational goals and discussions with managers
• Analyze job requirements and propose effective recruitment plans
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, tracking, interviewing, and selection
• Maintain accurate and updated HR databases in compliance with regulations
• Perform additional tasks assigned by direct manager: other hiring projects and other regional projects

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in commercial/sales mass hiring
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry is an advantage, mass recruitment experience is a plus
• High sense of confidentiality and professional ethics
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Agile, detail-oriented, careful, and patient
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
