Title:  *Specialist, Inbound

About The Role

Specialist, Inbound is effectively managing the sourcing, transportation, and receipt of materials or goods from suppliers to ensure timely availability and quality for production or distribution.

What You Will Deliver

• Inbound Supply Chain Management:  Coordinate and oversee inbound supply chain processes, including converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, checking invoices from the vendors and coordinating with the warehouse for seamless material procurement.
• Convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order: Facilitate the conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement procedures.
• Documents management: Check and file all relevant documents according to IFS, ASC/ MSC and Bio standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist in effective inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
• Controlling: Control of export documents and logistics invoices.

What You Bring

• Effective communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Proficiency in inventory management techniques and tools.
• Prior experience in inbound supply chain coordination or related roles is beneficial
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Professional qualification in supply chain, logistics or related field
• Work experience in distribution, trading or export/import
