Job Summary
Coordinate overall Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) for employees.
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for reporting increases and decreases in Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) for employees.
- Manage and be responsible for the process of handling documents and procedures related to insurance benefits for employees, ensuring they are completed on time, fully, and promptly.
- Compile monthly reports, reconcile data with notifications from the SI agency, and submit SI payment requests to accounting after reconciliation.
- Work directly with SI agencies to ensure employee benefits and handle overdue documents.
- Manage and organize SI books scientifically and carefully, working closely with employees to request necessary documents related to SI.
- Advise employees on procedures and questions related to SI benefits.
- Perform other tasks as required by the department head.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- 3 years of experience in a position related to Social Insurance (SI) with a scale of 500 or more employees.
- Knowledgeable about Social Insurance Law and Labor Law.
- Eager to learn and able to withstand work pressure.
- Good communication skills and able to work with Social Insurance agencies.
- Responsible, enthusiastic, honest, and sociable.
Education
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management or similar related discipline is preferred
