About the Role
Shaping and optimizing omnichannel product assortments through market research, consumer insight analysis, and data-driven decision-making within the healthcare market. This position drives supplier coordination, promotion execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective product representation and availability across online and offline channels.
What You Will Deliver
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics across omnichannel markets, and propose relevant product portfolios and trade schemes
Source and evaluate product assortments that align with current market demand and evolving customer preferences
Leverage data analytics tools and consumer insights to continuously optimize the product assortment in line with omnichannel requirements
Manage ongoing supplier engagement to ensure adequate stock levels, coordinate promotions, and support new product launches across all channels
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products are accurately and compellingly represented across online and offline touchpoints
Ensure promotions and advertising initiatives are effectively communicated and executed across all relevant channels
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail buying or business development in the healthcare industry
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed business decisions
Strong understanding of omnichannel and e-commerce market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and commitment
