What You Will Deliver

Process Automation

• Build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud) and Python
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with Business, Operations, and IT teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously optimize workflows, proposing innovative approaches to enhance operational capabilities.

Business Intelligence

• Define, track, and monitor KPIs to support performance management and strategic decision-making.
• Extract, transform, validate, and cleanse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to Business Unit needs, backed by optimized data models and clear data narratives.
• Automate recurring reports, empower users through self-service BI tools, and continuously refine BI processes with emerging tools and methodologies.

General

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
• Present automation and BI solutions, progress updates, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and drive continuous process improvements.

What You Bring

Technical Skills

• Hands on experience with Power Automate, Python, SQL and Power BI
• Strong Power Automate skills including cloud flows and desktop flows
• Strong understanding of data modeling (star schema, relationships), along with DAX for Power BI development
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization
• Experience with REST API integration is preferred
• Prior experience working with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Nice to have: C#

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in BI, Automation, Data Analytics, or related roles.
