About the Role
The Senior Manager Commercial Excellence leads the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) agenda at DKSH, driving commercial performance, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making to build scalable sales capabilities. This role is pivotal in enabling the business to optimize sales execution, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver sustainable growth outcomes.

What You Will Deliver

  • Lead and manage overall Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives to optimize sales force performance and execution quality across the organization
  • Drive target setting, territory alignment, segmentation, incentive calculation, and sales resource allocation to ensure strategic and efficient commercial deployment
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and governance of incentive schemes and performance tracking methodologies to maintain stakeholder confidence and compliance
  • Monitor and improve key SFE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including call productivity, coverage effectiveness, and customer engagement in alignment with business expectations and organizational goals
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across stakeholder groups
  • Lead Sales Force Automation (SFA) and commercial system initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enable reporting automation
  • Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) and regional teams to implement and continuously enhance commercial systems and tools
  • Drive automation of reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management processes to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
  • Manage and continuously improve commercial databases including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Healthcare Professional (HCP) database, sales force database, and reporting infrastructure
  • Ensure system integration, data consistency, governance, and process standardization across all commercial platforms
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives to modernize sales operations and build scalable commercial capabilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and business intelligence capabilities to support strategic planning and performance monitoring
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform business reviews, surface growth opportunities, and improve operational effectiveness
  • Lead, coach, and develop SFE and SFA team members to build strong commercial excellence capabilities within the organization
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the team
  • Build team competencies in analytics, automation, commercial systems, and strategic business partnering

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, SFE, SFA, or related functions
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other sales-driven industries is preferred
  • Experience managing regional or cross-functional projects is an advantage
  • Prior experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across multiple functions is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Sales Operations principles
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into operational and analytical solutions
  • Proven experience in incentive design, target setting, territory management, and sales analytics
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales automation tools, reporting platforms, and database management
  • Experience in digital transformation, process automation, and system implementation projects
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
