About The Role

The Senior Manager, Key Account Management takes full ownership of Modern Trade (MT) key accounts across dedicated food brands, driving distribution, trading terms, promotional execution, and market share growth across major retail chains. This senior role is critical to DKSH's commercial success in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, leading a high-performing key account team and delivering sustainable business growth through strategic client partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Deliver

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Key Account Management team — including Senior Key Account Managers, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Assistant Key Account Managers — ensuring alignment with client business strategies.
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in Modern Trade to maximize sales performance and profitability.
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute trading terms, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotional programs, and category initiatives with key customers and key clients.
  • Collaborate with Client Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and customer programs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to develop and continuously refine account strategies.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for customers and key clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

Diploma in Business Studies or Marketing; a Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry landscape, market dynamics, competitors, and customers.

Proven key account management experience with sound selling skills within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
