Title:  Senior Executive Technical Services

Job Summary

• Do the tests to evaluate quality of raw materials, in-process products and finished products in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customers’ expectation
• Prepare finished products to verify process conditions, optimize guideline formulations to evaluate new product, compile research data and write up technical reports, including comments and recommendations
• Coordinate with Sales team to run new projects and develop new products with customers
• Support Sales team in all technical matters relating to customer complaints, technical support for customers
• Lead the generation & execution of innovation activities to introduce new ingredients, trends to customers
• Collaborate with suppliers in technical trainings internally including but not limited to Sales team/ Lab team and customer, including proper documentation of technical data/ training materials

General Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Manager, Technical Service and cross functional teams, including sales and regulatory affair to ensure alignment on customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of technical findings, and inventory levels.
• Prepare monthly reports as required.
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of technical service and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning
• Other tasks assigned by line manager Leadership responsibilities

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Good technical knowledge in food science
• Hands on experience in food science
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Flexible and open to change
• Organization skills
• Communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Has experience working in food industry is preferred (preferred 3 years or more)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in food science/ biotechnology/chemical engineering/food engineering or related field.
