About the Role
The Senior Executive, Technical Sales drives business growth by promoting and selling animal health products and solutions to veterinary companies, feed-mill companies, farms, livestock producers, and distributors across Vietnam. This role combines deep technical expertise in animal care with strong commercial capabilities to deliver value-based solutions, support customer success, and contribute to market development strategies.
What You Will Deliver
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed targets for animal care products including feed additives, feed ingredients, animal nutritional ingredients, vaccines, excipients, and active ingredients
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and consultants through regular field visits, product training, and on-site support
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to veterinarians, farmers, animal nutritionists, and distributors, serving as the subject matter expert in animal nutrition, health, and disease prevention
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to translate technical product features into clear, compelling customer benefits
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide actionable feedback to marketing, product development, and regional Business Development teams
- Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction
- Represent DKSH at regional and national trade shows, seminars, and promotional events
- Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports, sales forecasts, and project reports using company platforms, ensuring full compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, field veterinary support, or product management in the animal health or animal nutrition industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
- Fluent in English; additional Chinese language proficiency is a plus
