Title:  *Senior Executive, Report & System Enhancement(SAP FICO)

Job Summary:

• Support general accounting activities, including execute tasks relation to FICO module, as internal consultant work with accounting/controlling to offer plans to improve/simplify the processes.
• Support the central service department to analyze, internal training, investigating, and reporting in SAP module FICO, Lighthouse, and HFM reporting system. Power BI with RPA knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• • To monitor the closing process of FI and CO that relates to FICO support tasks.
  • Maintain FICO master data and Control banking adapter program.
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting processes and strong internal controls to ensure governance over accounting and reporting activities.
  • To monitor the Finance Accounting processes and activities are practiced in accordance to the stipulated SOPs.
  • To provide the Financial Report for management team, including ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by internal stakeholders
  • To provide training to FICO end uses, retain technical knowledge in the team by conducting knowledge sharing session.
  • To assist the Accounting Manager to work with CSSC/Country IT for maintaining/updating country FICO configuration.
  • Manage all the cycles of OTH allocation, including the report that is provided to the CFM and the CS Management team.
• To assist the Accounting Manager to work with the other functions and  CSSC/Country IT for maintaining/updating Vendor Master, GAPIM and eProcuNet.

Requirements:

• Up to two years' experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor of Economics majored in: Accounting; Auditing.
  • Accounting acknowledges of IFRS/ US. GAAP.
  • ERP general knowledge.
  • SAP FICO knowledge.
• Power BI knowledge.
