Title: *Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager, Technical Sales (Marine Engine)

General Responsibilities
- Develop networking and deploy all sales activities and actions with all stakeholders in the Commercial Marine / In-land Water Way / Oil and Gas segments, South region to maximize the business with them as well as achieve the order target at area level.
- Implement sales plans to penetrate customers and find opportunities selling solutions and packages to projects in the assigned region.
- Customer mapping to identify the main players and their decision making based in the South region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with naval architects, ship owners, ship builders in the South.
- Proactively using Salesforce to ensure sales efficiency and foster solution selling / collaboration.
- Teamwork and collaborate well with cross functions to get the job done in an effective manner.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales/ B2B sales (hunting mindset) in Pump/ Valves/ Electric or Heavy Equipment
- A self-starter, proactive, ability to learn, and result oriented.
- Business understanding: Market knowledge around work, commercial exposure & awareness.
- Strong customer awareness and relationship building
- Knowledge of contract negotiation/tender, finance and project management
- Presentation and good interpersonal skills
Education
- University degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
