About The Role

As a Sales Supervisor, Out Of Home (OOH), within DKSH's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business, you are responsible for driving sales performance across the OOH channel, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering operators. Your role combines commercial negotiation, customer relationship management, and operational oversight to deliver sustainable revenue growth across assigned accounts.

What You Will Deliver

  • Negotiate and secure cooperation terms and business contracts with OOH customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering operators, to drive channel growth.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships to expand sales volume and deepen business partnerships.
  • Manage the product portfolio (Stock Keeping Units/SKUs), expand market coverage, and monitor competitor activities to identify and act on commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, demand-generation activities, and customer-specific programs.
  • Oversee Trade Marketing budgets, sales force costs, and operational expenditures, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to approved plans.
  • Manage and supervise the execution of sales processes and business plans to ensure alignment with targets and operational standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and customer account receivables; coordinate with internal teams to maintain a stable and reliable supply chain.
  • Resolve customer issues, order discrepancies, and after-sales service concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic business reports covering daily, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and customer trends, and propose actionable solutions to improve business outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, or demonstrated experience in General Trade (GT) or Horeca channels.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Strong capability in building and maintaining productive, long-term customer relationships.
  • Resilient and diligent professional with strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and business performance analysis.
